“Up”, the second single from my new album “Imagine Giving Up”, is out today. You can stream it from the link in my bio. It is a song about struggling to create a sense of rising progress in the face of the inescapable repetition of daily cycles. It feels extra relevant on a day like today, when the cycle of needless war and violence seems especially inescapable and I feel the familiar beginnings of the same unilateral American escalation that has been the constant for most of my life.
