[Ed. Note on 11/1/2010 – Ron goes 8-5 in week 8. Check it out. Yay!]
On the bright side, six teams have byes this week, so that’s three games I can’t get wrong:
Yes – SAN FRANCISCO PK Denver
Denver’s defense should fix what’s been ailing the 49ers, with SF getting the win.
No – DALLAS 6 1/2 Jacksonville
Kitna should have enough weapons to work with to help the Cowboys take this one by 7.
Yes – DETROIT 2 1/2 Washington
The Lions should be ready after their bye week.
No – NY JETS 5 1/2 Green Bay
The Packers are just too beat up to keep it close in this one.
Yes – ST LOUIS 3 Carolina
The Rams should get it done at home.
Yes – CINCINNATI 2 Miami
The Bengals are tough to predict, the Dolphins have been the more consistent team and should cover on the road.
No – KANSAS CITY 8 Buffalo
The Bills played a fine game against the Ravens last week, but KC is looking good at home. Chiefs to cover.
No – SAN DIEGO 3 1/2 Tennessee
The Titans are playing winning football and the Chargers are not.
Yes – ARIZONA 3 Tampa Bay
The Cardinals offense is a mess. Tampa continues their good season.
Yes – OAKLAND 2 1/2 Seattle
This is a meaningful game in the division and Oakland continues their roll.
Yes – NEW ENGLAND 5 Minnesota
The Vikings are not in good shape heading into this one. Moss should have a good game, but it won’t be enough.
No – Pittsburgh PK NEW ORLEANS
Not the defense that NO wants to see right now. Have to take the Steelers this week.
Yes – INDIANAPOLIS 5 1/2 Houston
Manning on Monday night is reason enough to favor the beat up Colts.
