My Scandophile family will enjoy this. It’s a comedy sketch from Swedish TV. In it, Swedes are mocking American stereotypes in comic English. The line that haunts me is “How come we’re not home with our mammals watching raceball?” It just seems so deliciously apropo of comic mistranslations in any language.
At one point the subtitles translate “mama’s boy” as “morsgris” or “a mother’s pig.” Hard to know where the comedy of confusions ends and begins in this clip. It’s not all in the stylized English the characters use.
