When Johnny Cash was old and sick Rick Rubin was hired to produce as many songs as they could get out of him. John Carter Cash helped pick songs and arrange them for his Dad. Ultimately, Johnny had to like it. He listened to Marley as much as Depeche Mode, Nine Inch Nails, Soundgarden, Danzig, Nick Cave, etc. Rick and JCC got some great performances from Johnny.
