The Salem-Keizer Volcanoes baseball team, a Class A affiliate of the San Francisco Giants, will be offering a Nerd Night promotion sponsored by Eye Care Physicians & Surgeons on July 12, 2012. The Volcanoes’ promotions department may be willing to team up several smaller nerd groups to qualify your group for the 25 person group rate. Any fans or nerd group representatives in the Portland/Salem area who are interested in attending should contact Marc Kaufman at m.kaufman@volcanoesbaseball.com.
Tickets start at $7 for groups of 25 or more that are purchased 2 weeks before game day. A delicious all you can eat BBQ with dollar beer and soda may be added to your group’s evening festivities for only $9.50.

Baseball for Nerds July 12, 2012Your Company would set up a marketing table on the stadium concourse to interact with the Volcanoes fans.
Your Company would have an opportunity to provide items such as fliers, promotional materials, coupons, etcetera, to the Volcanoes fans at you table.
No monetary exchanges can take place as well as you can not give out any edible items, balloons, or stickers.
Your Company would receive 25 outfield seats for the theme night to do with as you choose.
