ARIANA GRANDE has delivered her brand new original holiday single, “Santa Tell Me”.
Sunday, ARIANA lit up the stage at the 2014 American Music Awards in Los Angeles. First, she delivered a sizzling medley of hits including “Problem”, “Break Free”, and “Love Me Harder” with The Weeknd. Watch the stunning performance here. Then, ARIANA’s “Bang Bang” co-conspirators Nicki Minaj and Jessie J joined her for a stunning rendition of the ubiquitous platinum-certified smash. This is just one of many high-profile performances this month.
Following her performance on the CBS broadcast of A Very Grammy Christmas December 5, she ignites the runway performing at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show December 9 on CBS. Then, she appears on Michael Bublé’s Christmas in New York special on NBC December 17. You can also see her on the Disney Christmas Parade airing Christmas Day.
The industry continues to celebrate her talents as well. Billboard will be honored her with the “Rising Star Award” at its “Women in Music” 2014 event, while she garnered MTV EMA awards in the categories of “Best Female Artist” and “Best Song” for “Problem” featuring Iggy Azalea. She even achieved the “Newcomer Award” at the BAMBI awards ceremony. Right now, she currently graces the December cover of InStyle.
Her latest single “Love Me Harder” [with The Weeknd] from the #1 smash My Everything [Republic Records] climbed to the Top 10 on Billboard’s Hot 100, making her the first artist of 2014 to score five Top 10 singles on the chart this year.
2014 has been the year of ARIANA. My Everything became her second album to debut at #1 on the Billboard Top 200 in less than twelve months, quickly approaching gold status and becoming the year’s biggest album in the process. It yielded four hit singles including the triple-platinum “Problem”, “Break Free” featuring Zedd, “Best Mistake” featuring Big Sean, and “Love Me Harder”. Right now, she’s gearing up for her first North American arena headline tour, The Honeymoon Tour, in 2015. It’s bound to be one of next year’s biggest events.
