I recorded the song in LA at Belief’s old spot for my album Gina and the Garage Sale, This song become one of my dopest live songs, and is a big part of my cultural branding. To make it even better, the dancing rabbi is my rapper/R n B singer friend Dean Risko, who has a beard that most Hassidic friends of mine would die for. The best thing is that he was raised MORMON. HOW TIGHT IS THAT!! We filmed some of it in Utah at Sundance with Louis Lombardi who we met at one of the shows we did opening for Mickey Avalon. After shooting some of the scenes in Utah, we (myself and Ed Jansen from Netherlands) came back and got a full cast off Craigslist and filmed outside the Mexican kosher restaurant MEXIKOSHER.
