Kay Young has a lambs quarter mushroom recipe in her book Wild Seasons, which is a favorite at pot lucks. Roger Welsch suggests cooking it with bacon in his book Weed’em and Reap.
A gift in your yard to feed your tummy! Be creative, get messy and cook with lambs quarters!
