Real Question: can you recall via living experience or historical knowledge, a President so incapable of doing, or even knowing the basic functions of his job?
This isn’t even a Partisan question. Here’s part II:
If your party has a President that is shame f_cking both the pillars of your party’s alleged ideals, as well as respected members of your party; individuals you have built up for decades into blue chips in your giant poker game, when do you pull this joker off the table?
With all the legal means available, of course.
Part III: this is maybe the toughest question of them all. In the current state of this Administration, who is more of the punk _ss b_tch, the party or the president?
EMPATHY: NOW PUT YOURSELF IN THEIR SHOES
This is all feels like some kind of race, or competition.
Maybe it can be best disseminated as a violent prison sex scenario, where the party was at first doing this for protection from the general population of uneducated American voters.
But now The Party is searching for a new Cell Block Daddy, because El Presidente is so crazy he’s threatening to burn down the Prison one of these nights, a scenario in which everyone is locked inside.
Suddenly you realize after being a punk b_tch your entire life, you are going to have to make a real decision here that truly benefits or harms everyone, including yourself.
But either way, you are probably going to lose your cushy job doing laundry where you can smuggle cigarettes and trade reach arounds with guards for real wine instead of the pruno everyone is home brewing in their toilet.
These are the questions that face every Republican Senator and House of Representative each night as they lay next to Trump in the little bed they made with him, in a frightening mix of fear and lust for regional and national power.
So please have some empathy, about their risk of losing their privileges, they won via a rigorous democratic process for having the prettiest gad damn mouth in their state or district.
