The chance to bring in Stephanie Walbon and Stephanie Johnson on these specials, and fly to England to do a Brighton Special with King Porter Stomp, was just amazing. But here’s a little secret:
I knew they were mega talented, and once I got the opportunity, I just did what I could to help this great local TV show let these stars shine. I love Band in Seattle. What a show.
There is nothing quite like Band in Seattle anywhere. They even put together a special this Summer highlighting Women in Seattle music, and rumor has it they are planning another one this coming year.
