Which sparked some anger in me because he told me he wasn’t ready for serious commitment. I remember waking up the next day with such clarity on how he treated me, I got in the car and drove to meet my friend Brad, and we wrote bad love. It felt great to finally say ‘fuck you’, move on, and dance while doing it. It was and still is empowering.”
