Last natural food restaurant open in Port Antonio on a Sunday, and their last plates of food.
Tomorrow I am going to likely mix my Dennis Brown cover with Uncle Mike, the man behind Shaggy’s Boombastic that is hosting me here.

…and a swim. Gotta get that swim in the bay of Errol Flynn Marina.

Chill Sunday. I swam from the marina to the island and back, had a few smoothies.
…and had one of my favorite Mento musicians to the studio I am staying to pitch me on joining his group for a nationwide tour.
