Ok, so here’s the DL on the gorgeous new ØZWALD album which is out now: The “O” in their name has a line through it. The second letter is a “Z.” That’s right, “ØZ” as in “Wizard of…”
Their ineffable brand of warm, glowing, high-desert folk-rock eschews the mainstream grungepop of their previous work way back when Jason Wade fronted the band Lifehouse and Steve Stout rocked Lost Beach. (It’s ancient history Bro, don’t go there.)
