It seems like every day I find a new favorite band and a new favorite song and today’s new fave is “Ride In” by New York duo baby chemist. Their disarmingly hilarious DIY video is above. This song thrills and chills big time. It is a high-spirited stallion-bouncing country and soul encounter. Please give it a listen.
The tune has been featured on KBRP (AZ) and will be in upcoming radio programs on KZFR (CA), KDNK (CO), and the Women of Substance Radio Show/Podcast. baby chemist recently partnered with Nashville songwriter/publisher Kirsti Manna (Blake Shelton’s “Austin”) on one of their other Americana tunes. In the next few days they’ll be releasing an awesome cover of Hank Williams’ “Long Gone Lonesome Blues.” Stay tuned.
