“Making this video with Isabella was one of the highlights of my life. That sounds dramatic but I mean it!,” says Rozzi. “She’s one of the greatest artists and athletes on earth and, to see her bring my song to life in the most supernatural yet deeply human way, moved me more than I can say. Her best friend, the brilliant James Whiteside, choreographed and my best friend, the incredible Tatti Ribeiro directed. So we had fun! I can’t wait for everyone to see what we made.”
Isabella shares, “When Rozzi reached out to me to collaborate on ‘Mad Man’, I was immediately blown away by her incredible vocals and artistry and the song’s message really resonated with me. The double standard that society perpetuates makes it so much harder for women to stand up to authority without facing backlash or consequences. Rozzi’s lyrics and passionate delivery in ‘Mad Man’ made it easy for me to tap into feelings of frustration and put it into my movement. And my best friend James Whiteside who choreographed the dance knows me so well that he put all my favorite ballet steps into it. I can’t wait to finally share it with everyone!”
