“It’s as if saliency, amidst the anomalies, created a Monarchy There”: Review of Lalchand’s ‘The View From Here,’ by Paul “The Legend” Johnson

Like wacky ferrets attempting to consume a nut bigger than our mouths, my peer team has chewed on this EP a few times.

We are not dogs returning to some sort of vomit.

The situation is such that, you feel, you receive, but you know you don’t really understand.

And that’s where this song #4 comes into play on this EP.

“Rewind, Repeat”

I get the angst grabbing at clichés within genres that’s exemplified in the other numbers. No discredit to anyone’s musicianship.

Numero 4 has la fuego.

It’s as if saliency, amidst the anomalies, created a Monarchy There.

Milkweed seed and the fruit thereof.

Viceroys mimic the Monarch, in the wake of it’s bitterness- they are allowed to be both sweet and beautiful.

Eat the whole show.
