On “Twenty Something,” Aidan Bissett turns a potentially heartbreaking situation – finding the right person at the wrong time – into a euphoric summer anthem filled with glorious guitars and vocals that turn from velvet to volcanic on a dime. He wrote the song, which is the first single from his forthcoming debut EP, with Captain Cuts’ Benjamin Berger and Ryan Rabin (Bebe Rexha, Walk The Moon), who also produced, and Simon Wilcox (Lennon Stella, Nick Jonas).
