Álvaro Díaz announces his Mexico tour dates in September. The Puerto Rican urban-alternative rapper and creative genius will perform at his SOLD OUT debut show at the Pepsi Center in Mexico City where 6k die-hard fans will be in attendance on September 22 with opening acts Young Miko and Supicic.

The Mexico City show will be followed by Monterrey on Saturday September 24th at Pabellón M and on Saturday October 1st at Guanamor in Guadalajara brought by Stoy Company. Tickets for both the Monterrey and Guadalajara shows will go on sale this Thursday August 18th through Ticketmaster.   

 
Two weeks ago, Díaz headlined Heineken’s Dream Fest in Puerto Rico, which was attended by 8,000 people. 

Diaz invited Randy, from the celebrated duo Jowell y Randy, to sing his hit song “OG Black” from his latest critically acclaimed album, Felicilandia

The alt-punk pop track produced by Grammy winning artist-production duo Lara Project (Bad Bunny, Kali Uchis, Rauw Alejandro), pays tribute to Mary Elizabeth Winstead’s celebrated character from the film Scott Pilgrim vs. The World starring Michael Cera.

The song is the first single from forthcoming album set to be released in the fall via Universal Music Latino and under the management of Top Floor Talent and creative powerhouse and talent incubator NEON16.

Earlier this year, Díaz received his first MTV MIAW nomination for Viral Anthem and first nomination for a Univisión Premios Juventud Award under the Social Dance Challenge category for his hit single “Problemon” featuring Rauw Alejandro.

The rapper also received nominations for a Premios Tu Música Urbano for Top New Male Artist and for a Heat Latin Award for Best New Artist. More news about Álvaro Díaz coming soon!
