a-ha share brand new clip from upcoming film “True North”

Three weeks before the official theatrical release, today a-ha share a brand-new clip with unseen impressions from their upcoming film True North. The clip features their new single “I’m In.”

The accompaniment to a-ha’s new studio album of the same title, True North will be released in select cinemas worldwide on Thursday, September 15 via Sony Music Entertainment Premium Content and Trafalgar Releasing. The new album will follow on Friday, October 21.

Out today, the unseen clip from True North takes viewers through some beautiful and emotional scenes of actors portraying life in the North, as well as documenting the band recording the single “I’m In.”

The original idea for True North was for the Norwegian trio, formed of Morten Harket, Paul Waaktaar-Savoy and Magne Furuholmen, to record their first session in the wonderous studio location just 90km above the Arctic Circle then to film it. Eventually, the project expanded into more of a production, and they were joined by the talented Norwegian orchestra, Arctic Philharmonic.
