Svaneborg Kardyb (pronounced kah-doob) are Nikolaj Svaneborg (Wurlitzer, Juno, piano) and Jonas Kardyb (drums, percussion). Their music is intentionally simple, warm and elevating, serving as a soothing antidote to the distractions of everyday life, creating a space for focus and reflection. ‘Over Tage’ is a joyful melding of beautiful melodies, hypnotic rhythms, subtle electronica and expansive Nordic atmospheres — underpinned by the deep musical chemistry and friendship that formed the band:
“We started in the earliest of mornings over the blackest of coffee, sometimes even without talking, just music. Immediately we felt a connection between our personal style of playing and the compositions emerged like out of nowhere. The vibe from these early sessions is still the backbone of our little band.”
