Hello World,
I’m thrilled to announce that HIGH CRIMES, my humorous and gritty crime novel set in the Colorado Rockies and starring a motley crew of drunks, stoners, cowboys, hippies, Sorbonne doctoral candidates and a former Chicago cop named BRANDY MARTINI, is now available for purchase.
It took me 8 years to write it, 1 year to get a book deal, 8 months to lose the book deal, 3 weeks to recover from the trauma, and 4 grueling but exhilarating months to fly solo and release it independently.
So far the reviews have been incredibly positive and now I just need to find an audience—which is the hardest part of all. Everything else was a walk in the park compared to that one particular challenge I now face.
To accompany the release of my book, I’ve launched a new website, which has all sorts of fun content, including promo images, scenes from the book, a poem about a fox, a crow and a chunk of brie (in both English and French, mind you), videos and more. I hope you’ll check it out.
