Miami based artist, producer, DJ and culture disruptor MJ Nebreda continues to push neoperreo to a new generation with her latest music video for “Belmont y El Gloss” featuring La Venek off her most recent project, Arepa Mixtape (EMPIRE). The new music video gives a glimpse into the elegance hidden within the chaos of late night escapades captured within her music as MJ opens the door to her secret rave cave and delivers another nightlife driven novella. Scenes from the dancefloor are interchanged with clips of MJ and La Venek flaunting their enviable ability to take over any room while reciting their lyrics. The single’s jerking dembow rhythm masterfully layered with a swift breakbeat fuels party goers who are all displaying iconic fashion moments reminiscent of the early 2000s nightclub scene and serves as another statement piece that MJ’s music is not meant to be listened to while sitting.

MJ Nebreda will also be headlining El Cid in Los Angeles this Thursday, November 16th. This new show comes at the apex of a stint of performances which include III Points Music Festival, a Boiler Room in Miami, and her most recent 5 year anniversary of Amor Digital Halloween party in San Francisco. Earlier this month, MJ also released a music video for her single “Perreo Oscuro” featuring La Goony Chonga.
