Jim Basnight is an irresistible musical force from Seattle and he’s been rocking there and across the world from the very beginning of the indie music movement.
Jim has a brand new album ‘Summertime Peculiar‘ out now and a double-side single, “Summertime Again” and “Stay to the End.” The album is a departure musically for Basnight as he gets into a lot of new styles, moods and instrumentation, including horns, woodwinds, strings and unique vocal arrangements, to provide listeners with a wide swath of feels. It’s a fun, first-rate work with 21 tracks and is chock full of trademark Basnight hooks and humor.
