Tiago PZK, the ever-versatile, urban/pop star from Argentina, has cooked up another sonic surprise with the sensual cumbia confessional Piel. Written by Tiago PZK and triple Grammy winner Keityn of the prominent producer outfit, La Crème, Tiago’s leadoff single from his forthcoming album Gottia via Grand Move Records/Warner Music Latina which was recorded with Ke Personajes’ electrifying frontman Emanuel Noir.
“Piel” was produced by La Crème, who also produced Tiago PZK’s hit “Que Se Parezca A Tí”, alongside Tatool, whom with he has been working on the production of his forthcoming album and who has expertly helmed full lengths for such notables as Trueno, Nicky Nicole, and Milo J. Keityn, who lent his talent to the composition of the track, was named Songwriter of the Year at the 2023 ASCAP Latin Music Awards for his much-praised work with his superstar fellow Colombians, Shakira and Karol G, plus Puerto Rican icon, Bad Bunny.
The poignant video for Piel was directed by a talented team led by Juan Manuel Pinzón, who was co-director of Que Se Parezca A Tí, Rocío Gastaldi, and Benjamin Baccetti. The video was shot in Buenos Aires, as well as in the picturesque landscapes near the city.
Tiago PZK spent much of 2023 working on tracks for his forthcoming album release in a variety of locales, including Buenos Aires, the Patagonia region of Argentina, Miami, Madrid, and Stockholm. In February, he will wrap up the project in Los Angeles.
Last year, Tiago PZK dropped his groundbreaking album Portales Deluxe, which yielded hit tracks Bemaste, Me Enteré and Que Se Parezca A Tí, the latter of which became the first chart-topper by an Argentine artist in Puerto Rico and his first No. 1 on Mexico’s pop music chart.
And in 2023, Tiago PZK marked career milestones when he made his debut at the prestigious SXSW Music Festival, as well at the venerable Premio Lo Nuestro Awards where he complemented a dazzling performance with two awards. He also snared a pair of kudos at the famed Premios Juventud, as well as one award at the inaugural Rolling Stones En Español Awards where he performed yet another crowd-pleasing performance.

Aside from his current album project, Tiago PZK will be hitting the road appearing at the following festivals: Cosquín Rock in Argentina (February 10), Pura Copa in Bolivia (February 12), and Canary Islands (March 23).
