JEONA explains: “For me, ‘Off My Chest’ is about taking courageous steps towards honesty, even when it’s scary. I’ve been through relationships where I got hurt, and it made it difficult for me to open up again. But I’ve learned that genuine connections can only arise when you dare to be vulnerable and honest.”
In the spirit of the EP’s theme of being “FOMO Free” and instead living a life in accordance with one’s own values and feelings, “Off My Chest” stands as a manifesto for this philosophy.
