Brimming with sass and swagger, flowerovlove returns with the infectious “I’ve seen ur ex.” In her signature bedroom pop, tongue-in-cheek style, she cautions an obsessed admirer, “You’d drag a body for me / Quit your job for me / Babe / Go back to your ex / You can’t take the stress / Of dating somebody like me.” She recorded the track, which she co-wrote, in Los Angeles with producers Justin Tranter (Zara Larsson, Billy Porter), Russ Chell (Juice WRLD, Tate McRae) and Ryland Blackinton (Chromeo, Boys Like Girls). Listen to “I’ve seen ur ex” and view the video HERE.
The 19-year-old, London-based artist – who was named as a 2025 artist to watch by Rolling Stone and InStyle – says, “‘I’ve seen ur ex’ is a song inspired by the feelings of jealously and insecurities masked by a face of confidence.”
After a whirlwind January attending Chanel events in Paris and recording sessions in London, flowerovlove has jetted to Manila to celebrate Valentine’s Day with a special concert for the fans who sent her 2024 single “breaking news” to the #2 spot on the viral charts in the Philippines. Worldwide, the song has amassed more than 16 million combined streams. Listen HERE. She’ll return to the U.K. next week to attend the MOBO Awards, where she’s nominated for Best Newcomer.

flowerovlove discusses music, fashion and beauty in the new issue of Wonderland, which noted in this post, “If there’s one person that encapsulated the whimsicality of early teenage years blended with the sensitivities of girlhood, it’s flowerovlove (@flowerovlove). Known for her intimate approach to music, which sounds like a page ripped out of her diary, flowerovlove is shifting towards her true love, pop music for…’ache in my tooth.’”
In 2024, flowerovlove won New Artist honors at the Music Week Women In Music Awards. In the fall, she released ache in my tooth, her second EP and first for Capitol Records. She has amassed over 90 million combined global streams in her career to date, including 60 million streams for her Capitol releases alone. “BOYS,” one of her 2024 singles, was proclaimed “fire as hell” by SZA. Over the past two summers, flowerovlove has played numerous UK/EU festivals, including Glastonbury, Camp Bestival, Primavera Sound and Reading & Leads.
