Producer, singer, rapper, and visual artist Quadeca has officially released his latest single, “MONDAY,” via his own label X8 Music with an accompanying music video – LISTEN/WATCH HERE. The new single marks Quadeca’s second release of the year, following last month’s bossa nova infused “GODSTAINED,” which cracked the Top 10 on YouTube’s Trending Videos just hours following its release.

Directed by Quadeca, the “MONDAY” video opens with a surreal still shot of him alone in a golden field, hanging clothes out to dry on a line alongside massive sails that flow in the wind beside him. The serene movement of the setting accentuates the sweeping orchestral strings and classical piano melodies that grow with Quadeca’s vulnerable delivery. As the atmosphere of the song transforms with winding flute and rumbling bass, the setting shifts to the vast blue ocean where Quadeca sails alone, hanging the same clothes out to dry but this time, on the side of his ship, sailing into the horizon. “MONDAY” which tells a story of a sailor learning to move on, with each verse representing a different season, ends with a gentle creaking cello progression that feels like the wind has stopped blowing. The video concludes with another still shot of the sails and clothes, however this time they are on the ground motionless in the field, and Quadeca walks away from them into the sunset, moving on.

Along with the new single Quadeca has announced his Vanisher, Horizon Scraper North American fall tour. The 23-show headline tour will kick-off on October 1st in San Francisco with stops in Seattle, Chicago, Toronto, New York, and Houston before wrapping on November 6th in Los Angeles. The announcement follows Quadeca’s recent stint supporting 070 Shake on the European leg of her Petrichor Tour which included performances in Paris, Berlin, Amsterdam, and London

Local pre-sale begins Thursday, April 24th at 10am local with general on-sale starting on Friday, April 25th at 10am local. For more information and ticket purchasing please visit: https://www.x8-music.com/tour

Quadeca is a boundary-pushing artist, producer, and filmmaker known for crafting immersive, concept-driven music. Emerging from YouTube to critical acclaim, he has amassed over half a billion streams and built a devoted fanbase drawn to his ambitious storytelling. His 2022 album I Didn’t Mean To Haunt You earned widespread praise for its spectral, self-produced sound, with contributions from Danny Brown and the Sunday Service Choir. In 2024, he followed with SCRAPYARD, a genre-blurring mixtape hailed as his most celebrated work to date. Now, Quadeca is gearing up for his most ambitious project yet—Vanisher, Horizon Scraper, a sailor-themed concept album set to redefine his artistry once again.
