Sophomore Mixtape Fancy That Out May 9th
Today, PinkPantheress releases new single “Stateside,” from her upcoming sophomore mixtape Fancy That out May 9th via Warner Records UK.
Written and produced by PinkPantheress, alongside The Dare (Charli XCX), aksel arvid (Jack Harlow) and Count Baldor, the track pairs PinkPantheress’ airy sweet vocals against an infectious bassline. Marking her second single from Fancy That, “Stateside” captures PinkPantheress caught in the haze of a transatlantic love affair that seems too good to be true.
Speaking on the track PinkPantheress says: “So excited to share with you my favourite song off of the project, Stateside. it explores my growth as an artist and I hope everyone enjoys it as much as me.”

Alongside the new track, PinkPantheress has released the “Stateside” music video. Directed by Emma Berson and aptly shot in Los Angeles, the music video is a burst of energy and color. PinkPantheress is surrounded by men dancing and pining after her as she sings “you could be my american hot hot boy.”
Fancy That was created alongside aksel arvid, Count Baldor, phil, Oscar Scheller, The Dare and others, bringing together a collective of creative minds to shape her latest sonic evolution. As she steps into her fun and kitsch-y era, rooted in British culture, the 9-track project showcases her signature vocals and genre-blurring sound. This mixtape marks a new chapter for PinkPantheress as she embraces a new level of intimacy. Fancy That is a testament to PinkPantheress’ ear, featuring samples and interpolations from Panic! at the Disco to Jessica Simpson to Basement Jaxx as she seamlessly blends classics and hidden gems with her signature earworm production. The sophomore mixtape will feature previously teased “Illegal” alongside recently released single “Tonight” and “Stateside,” which offer a glimpse into the unapologetic soundscape she has crafted.
