Both Portland, Oregon and Austin, Texas pride themselves on being weird places to live. In fact, each city has adopted the slogan ‘Keep [city] Weird” begging the question, who is actually weirder? Each city will claim they take the crown, and no doubt there are some unusual things going on in both cities, but only one can be the weirdest.
To get to the bottom of this debate, local Austin startup SpareFoot compared the two cities in a number of different categories to find out once and for all who is the weirdest. The side-by-side comparison can be seen in the following infographic, which should hopefully put an end to the argument of who is the weirdest city.
