Time to try to level up once more. My friend and fitness trainer Corey Galusha was always trying to get me to write down what I eat and keep track of it.
I saw this last night for under $10, and it’s a small investment if I can fill it up. It tried to write it down in my messy journal of ideas but this organized and plain and simple.
I also got a nice 4k in through Forest Park as the sun went down. Snapping sunset photos while trying not to stop your Nike Run app is quite comical.
Alright now to stop procrastinating and to finish my list of Tuff Gong to do’s.
My theory of procrastination holds true. I just published a series of stories on my Tyler Weber designed 100 Miles of Music site that I had procrastinated on, because I was just procrastinating on exciting tings such as registering ICRC codes and copyrights.
This is Rock & Roll on a Friday night, as I start again. While I get side tracked cooking pickles and apples like a damn fool trying to figure out how I can even take care of myself before I turn 40. Thank God for the charitable impulses of Women who sensed my need for assistance as they fattened me up.
Now that balance and understanding and accepting the scale in which we live. I just read a story as I procrastinated about how artists are now vying harder and more shamelessly than ever for Grammies. Maybe Kanye was ahead of his time. My stomach turned and as an intern for the Academy back in 2001, for such fuckery is well beyond my strident goals and disposition.
I am just trying sneak into the charts when no one is looking, take a selfie with the crown and pretend to be a one it wonder for the rest of my life.
“Yeah I have one hit, but here is 90 minutes instead.”
Healthy body, healthy mind, dopamine laced hooks, and some Jamaican shine.
