July 29th, 2022, ECMA & MusicNL award nominated artist Farai Gwasira, more commonly known by his stage name King Sway, teams up with Ife Alaba to release the 5 track EP, Boy Meets Girl. The soothing production is sure to take you on a heart wrenching journey of what was, what could have been and what should have been. The evocative tracks outline the story of a relationship turned sour and the thoughts and emotions of an embattled heart that yearns for what it lost… but unlike most break up playlists, this one comes with both sides. From the exploration of whether feelings fade after a good time in Home, to the depth of the feeling when you fall in love in The Deep.
An International Production featuring talents from all around the globe with Nigerian, Zimbabwean and Canadian involvement amongst others bringing together different music cultures. The vocals of every song in the EP were laid in St. John’s, Newfoundland, Canada.
