“My boyfriend was in a head-on collision last October,” explains Nadia Vaeh about the genesis of her new single, “and had a near-death experience. A drunk driver swerved over two lanes and knocked him out immediately. He had to be revived on the scene. It was a very traumatic experience for us and our families. We weren’t sure if he was going to make it or how his recovery would be. My boyfriend and I have always made music together, but writing this song was extremely special and cathartic.”
