(Caught In The Youth) album set to drop January 26, 2023. Featuring budding R&B songstress AlexVaughn, “CREAM OF WHEAT” masterfully showcases PRICE’s undeniable vocal range and musicality, blending smooth and sensual R&B sounds with PRICE’s signature lyricism and sharp witted rhymes. C.I.T.Y. PRICE’s third project is a comprehensive story of family, hope, love, and breakthrough.
PRICE debuted the lead single and visuals “SAGGIN & BRAGGIN” late last year, a bouncy track that illustrates precisely what it means to be saggin’ & braggin’⸺moving forward, succeeding without being held back by past situations.”
His second single “CUZO“ was a departure from the highly stylized visuals for “SAGGIN & BRAGGIN.” Dressed in a plain tee shirt with the phrase “Generational Cure” emblazoned across the front, CUZO details the “it takes a village” mentality that speaks to his deep appreciation of family and community by paying respects to the individuals that have encouraged his own spiritual growth through example.
Known for his strong pen game and impeccable freestyle abilities, PRICE continues to make his mark as a solo artist after working with industry vets like Travis Scott, Brandy, Wyclef Jean, Saweetie, etc.
Hailing from California’s Inland Empire, recording artist PRICE’s dynamic approach to producing and lyricism, along with his explosive freestyle capabilities, blends complex rhyming styles, swaggering-flow, and genre-bending beats. Having learned to record himself via boombox by age 8, PRICE’s passion for music guided him from generational cycles of poverty into success. After signing to Interscope Records at 18 years old, PRICE’s musical footprint expanded as he sold out local venues throughout Southern California, culminating in a pivotal career moment in 2009 when PRICE was contracted to open for Drake’s first ever California headlining show in San Bernardino.
