Cosenza, Italy, Jan. 19, 2024 – “(re)born”, produced by the independent artist Anna D’Elia, is the perfect fusion between classical and electronic music. A journey of rebirth through an entirely instrumental piece.
Says the Italian artist, “(re)born is about our existence, you either win or you lose: that’s life, there’s no pattern. It’s an oxymorom: from the obstacles to finally finding joy in the little things; you suffer but you start breathing again.”
This neoclassic song builds to a climax helped by the beat and the powerful bass sounds, softened by the strings (played by Sergio Tommasini and Christopher Wilkin) that become main characters in the end where the rebirth happens.
Anna D’Elia was born in Cosenza, Italy in 1997.
A multi-instrumentalist, composer and producer, she found her love for music through rock. She began her career as a self-taught guitarist performing for videos on the web and collaborating with musicians and artists from around the world. Thanks to her video covers, she started being passionate about sound engineering, developing skills in mixing, mastering and audio production. That’s where she discovered post rock, ambient, neoclassical and electronic music, the main genres of her compositions.
She has designed sounds and composed, mixed and mastered songs for some short films, and produced songs for other artists.
She is now focusing on her solo project, her first EP.
