Now sober, Jutes declares, “It’s Me Again”: ‘Sleepyhead’ EP out now

Ottawa-via-LA artist & songwriter Jutes is releasing his newest single “It’s Me Again,” alongside an acoustic version of “Sleepyhead” today to complete the ‘Sleepyhead’ EP.

“It’s Me Again” is a deeply personal song about Jutes’ past battle with addiction. Although he’s now sober, he channels his experiences into powerful storytelling to connect with listeners who may relate to his journey and find healing through his music.

Produced by Keith Sorrells and Alex Niceforo of The Orphanage, “It’s Me Again” blends intense rock melodies with heartfelt emotions. Mixing strong rock elements with sincere lyrics, he creates a track that speaks directly to personal struggles and encourages listeners to find strength in overcoming challenges. This single isn’t just about music—it’s about honesty and the power of sharing one’s story.

“It’s Me Again” arrives off the heels of “Theraflu” and “Sleepyhead” rounding out the EP. “Sleepyhead,” his fastest growing song to date, streamed over 100,000 streams per day within in just a few weeks of release. The track has accumulated over 3 million streams to date. Set to impact radio later this July, “Sleepyhead” has been featured on Spotify’s top editorial playlists including “The New Alt” and “New Noise” solidifying Jutes as one of music’s most exciting rising stars of 2024.
